A real SOC, not a checkbox
A Security Operations Center watches every managed device around the clock — continuous monitoring, threat detection, investigation, and response. When something suspicious happens at 3 AM, it gets handled at 3 AM, not discovered Monday morning. Most providers sell this as an expensive add-on. With us it's in every plan.
Backups you could bet the business on
Automated backups are worthless if they don't restore. We run recovery drills so that when a laptop dies, a server fails, or ransomware hits, we already know exactly how long it takes to get you back — because we've done it before, on purpose.
A help desk your team will actually use
Your employees get a real number and real humans. Password resets, printer fights, weird email, new-hire setup — handled quickly so small annoyances never pile up into lost days.
Reputation and reception, built in
Review Guard watches and manages your online reviews so your reputation gets defended as seriously as your network. And the Digital Receptionist — our AI front desk — answers calls and chats, pulls customer info from your CRM, handles common questions, and books appointments, even after hours. No nickel-and-diming for either.
The compliance paperwork, handled
Medical and dental practices need HIPAA-aware documentation. Tax preparers and accountants are required by the IRS to maintain a Written Information Security Plan (WISP). Cyber-insurance carriers send questionnaires nobody knows how to answer. We produce and maintain this baseline documentation as part of the core plan — so when someone asks for your security posture in writing, you hand them a document instead of a shrug.
Core Managed Services,
explained.
A short video walkthrough of what this service does for a business like yours — no jargon, no fine print.
Straight answers.
What counts as an endpoint?
Any computer or server we fully manage — a Windows PC, a Mac, or a covered Linux machine. We'll count them together during the free assessment so the number on the quote is the number on the bill.
Why the range of $189–$229?
The exact per-endpoint price depends on how complex your environment is — things like compliance needs, server workloads, and how many separate systems we're tying together. You get one fixed number after the assessment, and it stays transparent.
Do you replace our current IT person?
Either way works. Some clients hand us everything; others keep an office manager or internal tech as our point of contact and we handle the heavy lifting — security, backups, patching, and escalations.
